By purchasing or using Helios-Disk (“the App”), you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the App.
Upon purchase, you receive a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use Helios-Disk on your own Mac computers. This is a one-time purchase granting a perpetual license for the current version and any future updates we choose to provide.
The free trial provides full visualization features for 7 days. After the trial period, you must purchase a license to continue using the App. File deletion is only available in the full version.
Payment is processed securely by Stripe. The purchase price is a one-time fee as listed on our website at the time of purchase. All prices are in USD.
If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may request a refund within 14 days of purchase by contacting us. Refunds are issued at our discretion and processed through Stripe.
Helios-Disk and all associated content, design, and code are the property of the developer. You may not copy, modify, distribute, sell, or reverse-engineer the App.
The App accesses your file system only to scan and display folder sizes. It does not transmit any file data off your device. When you delete files through the App, they are moved to the macOS Trash. See our Privacy Policy for more details.
The App is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not warrant that the App will be error-free or uninterrupted. File deletion is performed at your own risk — while files are sent to Trash, we are not responsible for any data loss.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, we shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from the use of or inability to use the App. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for the App.
We may update these terms from time to time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated date. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
